If your shipment is damaged during transit, please notify us within 48 hours. Claims require supporting documentation such as photos and the shipment’s original packaging.

 

3. Refunds:
Refunds are provided only in cases of overpayment or service cancellation prior to shipping. Please note that once the shipment is in transit, we cannot process refunds.
